Crocadilen, you hit that nail right on the head. When I am really stressed, I like to go out and see how many moving violations I can accumulate without getting pulled over.

Chocolate is my best friend when I'm having a bad time of it. But not too much. Also a good walk is great for clearing my mind. So have a small piece of chocolate then go for a walk. Works wonders.
