The United States sure wasn't responsible for it. Didn't we ally ouselves with the evil Joseph Stalin and his Soviet Union to help defeat Nazi Germany? Didn't our grandfathers fight the Nazis? Didn't million of Americans loose their lives in the European Theater of World War II?
Yet the American Jews were not the ones going to the concentration/death camps. They had the luxury of being safely in the United States. They were in no danger. Think about that the next time the Jews try to make you out to be a Nazi.

Actually, I don't know of any Jews who are trying to lay a "guilt trip" on us about the Holocaust. If they often mention it, it's so that the memory of this horrible event will stay alive and, hopefully, keep history from repeating itself.

By the way, many Jews who live in the U.S. are Holocaust survivors or have relatives who were in some way affected by the Holocaust.

What are you some kind of idiot? Six million plus Jews were hunted down and murdered. The whole world should be made to feel guilty, because next time it could another race!
And I don't think a million US soldiers died, it might have been closer to half that.

I do not think most of us(Americans) have guilt over the Holocaust.
I do however believe that the majority of us, do feel that what happened to the Jews..was totally inhumane, and should never be allowed to happen again.

The US has/is a great friend of Israel.
We support her right to exist and live in peace.

I don't see any Jews wanting anything spacial. But my heart does go out to the ones who was in the concentration camps or had a love one that did. no one deserves to be treated bad.

Where are you getting your information? I've never had a guilt trip laid on me about the Holocaust. No, millions of Americans did not lose their lives in WWII, it was more like 407,000.

I don't feel guilty about anything. I wasn't involved. I really think some people need to stop complaining about past issues. It's 2006, for Pete's sake. Time to move on!

People always try to put blame on others just because a lot of the time they can get away with it.
