3-5 days in the vaginal vault because sperm transport requires a full 7-5 days to complete; in essence at ejaculation sperm are already 3 months old. Normally, sperm resides within the cervical mucus for 1-2 days.

Your Question:

Dear Experts,

how many days does the sperm lives on the girl's body?

Sperm can live in a woman's body for up to six days — possibly seven. That's why most pregnancies result from fertilization by sperm that have been waiting in a woman's reproductive tract days before the release of her egg — ovulation — takes place.

Outside the body — where they're not being nourished and protected by a woman's cervical mucus and vaginal secretions, or the warmth and moisture of a man's urethra and reproductive tract — sperm die anywhere between a half an hour to four hours after being ejaculated. If the ejaculate has dried out, or has been wiped or washed off, there are no longer any living sperm to worry about.

Hope this information helps!

up to 5 days - This is my standard answer, but it's true. Go to the store or library and get a book called " Taking charge of your fertility" by Toni Weschler. This book made all the difference to me and my husband. It will guide you through all the myths and false information and even help you work through questions like the one you just asked. It will help you chart your month and figure out EXACTLY when you are fertile or not and no more myths or guessing. It's not just about getting pregnant. It's about taking control and knowing your body.

Five day ... it is know that sperm remains alive until you ovulates that is if ovulation takes place at the time sperm was release the egg can become fertilized, the sperm can be in there and ovulation takes place same happens.

i hopes this helps
