I am having pain kinda like cramps and yesterday only I had the egg white mucus discharge. Today I'm still having the pains but not the discharge I checked my temp this morning and got a reading of 98.0. It's only day 11 of my cycle, could I be ovulating?

This is my standard answer, but it's true. Go to the store or library and get a book called " Taking charge of your fertility" by Toni Weschler. This book made all the difference to me and my husband. It will guide you through all the myths and false information and even help you work through questions like the one you just asked. It will help you chart your month and figure out EXACTLY when you are fertile or not and no more myths or guessing. It's not just about getting pregnant. It's about taking control and knowing your body.

It is very possible. Go to the store and buy a ovulation predictor kit. My was always positive on my 12th day which meant I would ovulate in 24 to 48 hours. Give it a try. Good luck. The mucus part sounds promising.

You may be ovulating, or evolving, or undulating. Maybe you should quit checking so much, that egg-white thing sounds icky and either get pregnant or don't. I can't tell from what you said if you want to or not. Rhythm method? You just like looking at egg-whites(assuming b-4 they are cooked)

i had discharge like that, and it kinda hurt too, but the doc gave me three littlr pills and it was fine.
