Macs are changing right now. People that have a G5 have a wonderful computer, but it is a Motorola 68000 computer. The new ones are Intel.

PCs are going to changes now too. Microsoft will soon release it's new Vista product.

In both cases, I recommend that you stick with Experience. For the first one or two years with a new system, there are BUGs. So if you are buying NOW, stick with the old Mac G5 (it;s a bargain now) or a PC with Windows XP.
