When girls say No it means No. Just like when guys say No it means No. People usually get it wrong because sometimes a person who has previously said no is later convinced to say yes. It is not that women say No meaning Yes, but sometimes guys can be very persuasive and well they manage to change one's mind.

Well, you'd have to really know the female that well to judge her..
Women don't usually want guys to figure them out, so they play around with us while giving answers.. And so a "NO" could actually be a "YES"... Look into her eyes and listen to the tone and stress in her voice when she says something.. Study the movement of her eyes and you'll be able to read her properly... It takes time and practice dude...

Sometimes, “no” means “NO!”
Sometimes, “no” means “eat me out first.”

Girls are complicated and conflicted. Blame a society that idolizes virginity but can’t tell you why.
Unfortunately – for you and the girls who are not able to be honest about their feelings – the ONLY safe thing for you to do, as a guy, when you hear “no” is to stop what you are doing, get up, thank the girl for a pleasant evening, go home, masturbate, and NEVER call her again.

yes, most of the time no means no, but some girls play games. unfortunatly i have been aquainted with these types of girls. for them, no can mean anything! we're confusing, aren't we? go with your gut feeling. if ur getting a fake or foolish vibe from the girl, she doesnt know what she wants. if u feel that the girl is in touch with herself and knows what she wants, then she most likely means no. if u don't know, it's safer to not question what she means! hope this helps :)

It depends on the female and her mood, but my advice to you is to treat ANY no as a no. If you don't you'll not only be causing the women trouble, but you will be getting yourself into a whole lot MORE trouble. Take this as a warning.
