Because it's coming from inside your body which has a temp higher than the air so your breath feels hot.

think about it...
your insides are at average 98 degrees (like when u take a tempature thats what you want it 2 be around) so when u let air into your body the heart pushes that oxygen through out you whole body and then send the carbonoxide out so it's going to be alot warm after making that trip through 98 degrees.

Because your body is 98.6 degrees, that means your breath is about that hot when it leaves your mouth.

because your body is hot. Your body keeps it self at 96 degrees, or something like that. so when u first blow air out, it is that temperature. Then, as it gets further from your body, it cools down very quickly.

the reason is u'r body is a heatbody ortherwise the body temperatur is slightly higher than other humans.
the internal body condition is differs from the others it is nature.
