Sorry, no such animal. Minutes are measured and charged at the cellphone companies end, not at the phone (yes, the phone does display minutes used, however that is not what is used to calculate the bill).
As an "oh by the way", attempting to steal phone service is a crime even if the attempt will not lead to an actual theft. Think about that while you input bogus codes in your phone that the cellphone company can capture.
It is theft pure and simple. Just like going to a car dealer and stealing a car.

I guess somebody does but I'm not adept in stealing. I'm sure I'm speaking way over your head. Maybe you should get a better job so that you can pay for the things you have/want and then you wouldn't have to steal them. You're not entitled to things just because you want them.
