I think it depends on where the mole is on her body, and the size.

Moles can be sexy. My grandma used to say that they were angel's kisses. It depends on wher they are & if they are those ones that pop out or have hair coming from out of them. I have a mole above my lip & on the right side of my cheek. My lover finds them quite attractive! :)

Moles adds attraction specially if its in the face. Think about Madonna? or Brook Shield? I wish I had one in my face somewhere too. My friend from webdatedotcom has one on her lower letf of her lips and it looks sexy for her.

not my cup of tea - but the woman may be hot enough to overcome the mole - like cindy crawford, monroe, madonna - even if some are fake - but when they are nasty and have hair growing out of them like a redwood in cali its a little tough to think they are sexy.

Do you mean freckles? Moles are not as common as freckles which many women have. Blondes have a lot more freckles than women with darker hair and skin. Thank god I don't have that many.,...I really think that some blondes have so many freckles that it looks so nasty.

Depends on location of mole and how big it is!
Small one on the upper lip (Cindy Crawford) are sexy!
Big ones on the nose(Witch Hazel) nasty!
