If you're trying to check your bank account from work I'd say that your company is blocking it.

If you're trying to check your bank account from home, then I suggest you check your security settings and also your privacy.
To get check this:

1. click START
2. click CONTROL PANEL
3. click INTERNET OPTIONS
4. select the SECURITY tab
5. highlight the GLOBE or INTERNET
6. click the DEAFULT... button down at the bottom right of the window
7. highlight the GREEN CIRCLE WITH A CHECK IN IT or TRUSTED SITES
8. click the SITES button
9. type in the web address of the bank site, for example: www.associatedbank.com
10. click ADD, when done click OK.
11. click the PRIVACY (in XP) and click make sure that it's set at MEDIUM, if not, set it to medium.
12. click OK to exit out.

You're done. Hope this helped.

First off check your privacy settings in Internet Explorer. If they are set to defaults, you should be able to access HTTPS (secure) website such as banks. If still having issues, perform a repair of Internet Explorer. See: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/318378/en-us. If you still have problems and have Norton's Antivirus or Internet Security, that could cause your issue. You may want to contact Symantec (Publishers of Norton).
