If your wondering about the exact date. Nintendo hasn't officially announced it yet. But they did announce that it will not cost more than $250. It is a safe bet to say to that it will cost from around $199.99-$249.99. Also, another interesting thing to note that most games that are going to be released will be around September-October even early November. That means it is safe to say that is when Nintendo will release their console so that will be the closest we can say will be the launch date. The main goal is to release their system before the PS3 and PS3 has officially announced their release date to be on November 10th I believe, 10th or 14th, not too sure the exact day but definitely on the month of November. It's all strategy for Nintendo to release their systems early before PS3 to gain a competitive advantage.Hope this helps =D

Nintendo are sending out an announcement on the fifteenth September (Friday) relating to the Wii. this might incorporate the advice we are all waiting to pay attention relating to the launch date and the value. Supposedly, it will cost between 200 and 250. I have heard a release date to be around Thanksgiving.

Not soon enough. I wish it would come out tomorrow. (I'm tired of the different versions of the same gaming platforms.) This one is very innovative and I am looking forward to it. Unfortunately, we will have to wait until around September or October and the price will be around $250.

I heard $199 but the system sucks.the only good feature is how you can download older games.
