When your friends mails are directed to spam guard, open bulk folder & tick on the box (infront of subject) & move to inbox. Next time you will receive that mail inbox. Do it for every important mail that goes in the bulk folder.

alternative:
login yahoo, clicks 'options' then 'filters', then 'add' type the email id you want to receive in your inbox & then scroll 'move message to folder'. Next time you will receive email from that id in the Inbox folder.

Turn on Spam Guard, then when you're friend's emails get in your bulk folder, open them and hit "Not Spam". It'll work!

Good Luck

you should placed your associates addresses on your take care of e book, then they received't bypass into the majority folder. you should keep the majority folder - that is the position Yahoo places what it thinks is direct mail.

your friends are probably using words and characters like money, dollars, $ etc. the email program uses keywords and keyphrases to filter out spam. those are just a few. i don't know all of them
