Towers of London (http://thetowersoflondon.com/ ) are a cool band, if you like 70's style punk like the Sex Pistols. There's a good few smaller punk bands too, like Vains Of Jenna (http://www.vainsofjenna.com/ ), Maddogs and Glory (http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=16145569 ), Last Stop Chinatown (http://www.laststopchinatown.co.uk/ ) etc!
If it's more Green Day-esque punk you're into, I'm not a great bank of knowledge I'm afraid, but try AFI (http://www.afireinside.net/ ) if you haven't before, because their new stuff is a lot closer to that kind of sound.

not really any PUNK rock (that I can think of anyway), but there are a few new good rock bands. Punk rock wise, nothing can beat Green Day and Blink 182.
