yikes, good question.
(1) set up a college account (or pay off their college bills) for our 5 grandkids
(2) buy one of our daughters her dream horse farm
(3) set up my dad with full time care AT HOME versus the alternative. He so wants to be independent and we want to give him that.
(4) I love our home and life, so wouldn't want to change that - but maybe do some minor upgrades here and there. We have cars that are not great, but are all we need.
(5) we have some priests that are very special to us - we would want to give them money to work on their special projects (seniors, youth and missions in third world countries)
(6) put the rest in a cash producing income fund so we can grow old comfortably (not in luxury) but be able to not have to worry about waiting for retirement checks to pay bills

I would invest all the money in diverse areas, housing, land, banks, stocks etc. Some of the high risk investments would pay of big time. Even if they didn't, the low risk bank investments (CDs for example) would pay off regularly. If I really had unlimited funds, Ii could invest so much into a no risk, low yield account, that I would actually have nearly unlimited funds for the rest of my life.

First, I'd get my family back together. buy us a nice house. fix the entire worlds' budgets, so everyone can have health insurance and medicine. And everyone could have a decent place to live and not go hungry. I'd make jobs for everyone that pay enough to live on, and provide education for everyone. I'd find the cures to all diseases, (they do exist!). I'd put 999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999 trillion dollars of it in my bank account. I'd build colleges, and schools where they are needed. I'd set up a new disaster relief plan, with everything the government lacked in last time. All expenses caused by my plans, would be paid out of my account in future. While my account gains in interest I will not run out of money before I die, And when all is said and done, everyone will have had an adequate education so they can support themselves completely for the rest of their lives! While I live happily ever after with my whole family together, in an adequate house, with a stocked fridge! (a housekeeper would be great too! lol)

Are you offering?

the first thing would be to catch up on all my bills.

The next thing, having unlimited funds makes me richer that George Bush, I would do whatever it takes to unveil the irregularities in the last two presidential elections, prove that Bush is lying through his teeth, get him and his cronies the heck out of office. Then, under the guidance of the Constitution I would :
1. get rid of the electoral college
2. call a general election, allowing each candidate an equal budget and holding debates with all candidates. And not allow anyone to wear an earpiece so he/she will answer the questions him/herself.
3 publish accurate reports of hot button issues like global warming, etc
4.Begin to mend fences between this country and the rest of the world,
5.take a massage

Feed everyone in the world, build kajillions of farms and build bajillions of wells and water treatment facilities, and educate people to run all those things. I'd bribe everybody to stop fighting, and I'd buy tons of books for every community to have a library in their language. I guess that would require unlimited time, too.
