1. Have your dog on a leash.
2. Have a friend drive a car by you and your dog.
3.When your dog goes after the car say the dog's name.
4.When your dog looks up at you and does not chase the car give he or she a treat and praise.
-Reapeat steps 2-4 as many times as you think necesary.

ive heard that tieing a rope to a front and back leg not allowing the dog to run helps to train them from chasing cars it may seem cruel to some but sounds like its better than having your dog get hit by a car
