gO FOR A "cONSULTING aRCHITECT"NLY. dONT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF APPOINTING AN ARCHITECT WITH EXPRESS CONDITION TO DESIGN AND BUILD THE PROJECTS.

YOU MAY NOT LIKE HIS DESIGN, OR RATE, OR COMPLETION PERIOD.OR MAYBE DURING THE COURSE OF THE ACTUAL WORK YOU WOULD LIKE TO MAKE ANY ALTERNATION AND THIS THE ARTICET WILL NOT ACCEPT.

ARCHITECTS ALSO TAKE 10% OR SO FROM EVERY SUPPLIER, UNDERGROUND-OVERGROUND-OR WHAT HAVE YOU. PLUS HIS FEES TO YOU.HE MIGHT FAVOUR FIRMS WITH DEAD STOCKS TO SUPPLY MATERIALS. OOR QUALITY MIGHT ALSO GET ACCEPTED UNDER HIS CONTROLL.

this advice comes to you from my 2 decades of working with Architects. I am a consult and supplier of Marble,Granite, sand stone, for educational
residential,commercial projects.

I have never bent my back for the work-for-money-underground.programme.

So what if I am not financially well off, at least I have a straight back.
