is it through aids ,providing favourable market for what they produce, forgiving them loans as the y continue borrowing?, or providing for favourable policies that promote internal development stratigies?

Unhappily, most "developing nations" are corrupt. Billions have been spent on them, only to have the bucks stolen and/or misdirected and/or misspent. Further, a bunch of them have an environment rife with disease and degradation. It is a very formidable enterprise to "help develop" such places.

So I would say that what would be most effective is to promote self development strategies, which would mean self-cleansing of corruption, to start. Once that has been well enough tackled, then these nations should prioritize their development with the view that the people need to work, and to work, they need decent food, clothing, health care, and education.

the only reason there is developing countrys is people like america are eating up all the poorer countrys resorces ie; oil gas and other materials see they think its a free world for them to take not to buy off these poorer regions

Helping them develop stable and strong political system, based on democracy. Once it is done the money will come alone.

The best way is letting them alone, not sending any Economics Advisers to talk with new governments to let them know about big business concern
