well slap him with you're hand into face then he anoyes u. I think everyone will start laughing from him or he would shut up and be embarased and if he slap's u back well then some gentelmen maybe you're boifriend should beet him up. as you're friends help if they would punch him he would shut up for good.
or talk some thing about him insult him that should make him shut up or get on u even more........
