For a swing gate residential application SEA Hydraulic Gate Operator model HT-100.
For Commercial/ Industrial Applications DoorKing Model 6300, I prefer the post mount unit. ALWAYS order the battery back-up option, so you won't have to manually release the operator.

For Slide Gates DoorKing 9150. Check out www.DKS.com for information and specs.

Ramset-Ram Model 5000. I've had it for my gate for 7 years. Never failed me. the only problem you will ever encounter is when there is a power loss. Then you have to manually open the gate. Around $800-$1000.
