We as parents and older people have learned from experience that you can have fun, act like children with out having to use profanity. And I can say, my son and his friends refuse to use profanity, because we don't. A person who resorts to profanity or insults is a person who has run out of words. There are many other words in the Dictionary of any country, you don't have to use swears to get your point across.

Well, 4th graders should be punished for using the "f-word". And there's a big difference between a 4th grader and a 15 year old...a 15 year old should know better.

Because some ppl weren't raised saying the f word. I wasn't but i say it now. I wish i could stop and i have gotten better. WE as parents feel that teens should respect others . U never know who is on the same site as u and some children don't know what the word means but they say it and end up embarrassing their parents because u know they are gonna say it at the most inapproprate time. OF COURSE!! LOL
Good luck,

It's not so much about age. It's about respect and how you present yourself to the world. You can't understand that yet because you are still a child. Hearing a 15 year old say the "f" word only makes them sound 15.............not like a young adult. Someday you'll understand what I am talking about..........I bet if you really take the time to think about it now you will see that I am right.

Why do you swear allot? Don't you know it just makes you sound simple? Open a book, Learn some new words. Maybe even a couple big words, You could use them to impress people. Just think, People might actually start thinking you have a brain in your head! Actually never mind teen's are usually fairly stupid. But don't worry man one day you will grow up too.

it is not about being oblivious it is about respect. I have a daughter myself and cussing for a parent is a war they can't win. Unless, they are going to hold their childs hand every second of the day. But my daughter is not going to drop an f-bomb in my house, at school, or in front of adults because she realizes that you have to have respect for others.

they do know that young kids curse, and you shouldn't curse because cursing just makes a person sound stupider, researchers determined that people who curse more have a lower vocabulary
