I did a paper once in which I referred to the public library for some reason or another. Only when I got the paper back, my instructor personally pointed out to me that I had spelled "public" without the "L"....making it a pubic library instead, lol. That was a little embarrassing.

I miss spelled my name on my English 12 final exam. We had to write in pen and I was getting nervous and I wrote my last name into my first name and had to scribble it out and write it above. I always wonder what the person who marked that test was thinking...

I used to work for the Girl Scouts and I sent a letter to over 20,000 members that said **** instead of shift. I left the "f" out!!!

Once I was sending a text mesage to my mom and I was telling her how my cousins were playing around the house well I meant to put ducked under the table I forgot to scroll down to the word ducked so it said Kayla and Kenneth fu**** under the table

it's not really a spelling mistake, but i once told my italian girlfriend's posh parents that i thought she had a beautiful 'figa', thinking it meant figure. i later found out it's italian for c u n t.
