It sounds like arthritis to me. Try and take a fish oil supplement pill every day and get yourself a magnetic copper ring. And perhaps visit the doctor to check if that is what it is.

There is a rare genetic condition which causes the tendons to slowly contract over years, the first noticable symptom is the fingers becoming crooked and claw-like. I have this condition (as does my grandfather). If you think it might be this see a doctor.
Otherwise it might be a bone, joint or even a liver disorder. It may even be bone cancer. See a doctor if you want to find out for sure.

If they really are getting crooked, go see the doctor asap, could be arthritis and ya can have help for that

if your joints are also swollen and painful then it is most likely to be arthriris but if they have just become crooked im not sure.
either way i would get down the doctors to get it checked out

Most likely arthritis go to the Doctor and they can do a blood test and find out for sure.

Go to the doctor, have them run a dexa scan on your hands.
