what does that mean? and how do I fix it? Whenever it says this the file will play but only the sound. Does anyone know anything about this?

I agree, it sounds like a driver issue. however, I would STRONGLY suggest finding another site besides Limewire. Many of the downloads, especially video downloads, now come with pop-ups and malware. I have heard stories about 'clean' computers getting spyware/adware/trojans after downloading from Limewire. Other sites may or may not have the same issue, but this one is well known.

mine say the same thing i dont know what to do to fix it so just delete the file and try to load another one or download another one thats all you can do sorry.........thanks for the 2 points

it means that you dont have the current software to play that file, try going to download.com and download emeg player
