I think it depends on your service provider. I know Verizon Wireless allows you to put your own music on your VCast phones without re-purchasing it. It is called syncing. You just have to sync your data with the phone (like you would a PDA).

I'm not sure about the other service providers however. I do know that if you call your customer service rep they can help you!

Good Luck!

Yes you can. You need to purchase the data cable and software kit. Kits are available at motorolas web site and most cell phone stores. the cost is generally about 40-50 dollars depending an where you live. Once you get the software it will walk you through transfering ringtones.
As a side note most cell phones are only able to hold anywhere between a 5 second clip of a song to 30 seconds.

You can also download music editing software for a free trial at www.downloads.com
and most of the software is very simple if you have no experience with it.

You can use the USB cable to connect it to the PC or you can use the Bluetooth technology with your PC... Dependant of course on the configuration of your computer. Best bet though would be to use the USB cable. Also which Razr do you have, because if you have the one with the extractable memory then you can simply put that memory into a flash memory card drive on your PC and just upload your songs onto that memory card.

If you check the manual with the Razr, when you bought it, it has ways of connecting Bluetooth technology to a PC or Laptop and transferring files through that.

With bluetooth, you can download songs into your razr phone from any computer that has bluetooth. Laptops are more likely to have bluetooth, but if you don't have bluetooth on your pc, you can buy a USB bluetooth antennae relatively inexpensively and plug it in to any computer w/ a USB port.
