Do we have a problem chilling out and taking time to smell the roses?

Yeah most are too stuck up with earning money, in singapore ppl are too concern about money and material stuff they own. Sort of a practise from young i guess.

You see the kids these days they got all kind of accessories and gadgets soon they grow and realise they need money for that then they grow more to work their *** off to gain those stuff

In my experience, they tend to be. I've been working and dealing with them for about 15 years now. But there's nothing at all wrong with being very practical. In S'pore you must work hard in order to get ahead - no b.s. excuses are accepted like in the Western world.
Those of us in the US and Europe could learn some important lessons from S'pore.
(P.S. I love the place and its people, from Jurong to Changi and Sembawang to Sentosa!)

no they have bars in signapore and a fantastic race track i think there just very hard working and very very clean.
they like to work hard and play even harder

we are forced to live in this practical circumstances. if you don't keep up. you will lose out eventually.
