I am trying to send a picture to a friend on my cell phone. But it keeps giving me this.....Express network not available. Does that mean I don't have this feature? I can send text messages all the time? I am confused.....

This all depends on the carrier you use. Most carriers have different setting for short message service (text) and multi-media message service (video and picture). Most devices come pre set-up but, you may have to call tech support or go to a corperately owned store. The reason I say go to a corperately owned store is the sales professionals will have more knowledge about the settings than a authorized dealer in most cases. If you feel confident that you can program it yourself just call tech support from a land line. most companies use 611 to reach customer care and tech support.

you should be able to call the customer service line for your company. they should be able to tell you what the message means. you can also try looking in your owners manual. maybe you just dont have picture messaging, although most phones that have texting have pic messaging as well.

if you have had your phone plan for a while you may not have the feature turned on in the providers system. i had to call tmobile and change my text plan to a all messages plan that is actually cheaper.
