We sure can dream. We are just like you. we dream what we know. You live in a sighted world and depend on your eyes tor information. We live in a dark world and depend on touch and awareness for information along with hearing just as you. As you do we also dream things that are impossible like you flying and we are on a magic carpet or something like that. We have the same dreams generally because we live in the same world. I have been in both places. Blind and seeing. Born blind and later able to see but not real good. We are not that much different than you. It is very difficult for people generally to understand because they depend on their eyes so much it is unthinkable for you not to have them to see; When we say we see it bothers people but we do see with our other senses. Enjoy life, I hope you never have to find out what it is like not to see.

It does not matter if they were born blind or not.. Dreams are the manifestations of the mind and all it needs is for the individuals brain to work.. Even a blind person will have a self constructed portrait of how the world is.. They would have made a world in their minds thru the experience that they've had thru their remaining four senses...

certain, someone who's blind can dream. however they could be able to't see some thing actual, the suggestions is more desirable substantive for that man or woman because pictures are made from the psychological suggestions set yet i'd say the objectives blind people have are both impaired or imprecise. that is what i imagine. there is no clarification for all people to be indignant through your question so that you're superb.

I would say, yes they can. they would use their other senses as well as emotions to create dreams. I would imagine sounds and physical feelings in a dream would be an extension of their emotions.
For example...If you think about music... certain keys and chords (major and minor) and speed of the tempo can create a mood. We associate these sounds and rhythms with emotions connected to particular experiences of our own through memory.
I have had dreams of songs i have never heard along with lyrics. I woke up and tried to remember the tune and whatever I could of the lyrics. If only I had a tape recorder... I never sleep with the radio on either.... Who knows... Maybe that's why Stevie wonder and Ray Charles had success in their careers.

dreams can include not just what we have seen but also what our minds think we saw as in the power of imagination.so even if we have not the power of sight we have the power of imagination thats why we can dream in the first place.i once read about a blind person who asked what the wind looked like because we can see it has no form we loose that thought .
