Alot of people say the Playstation 3 is better but i read a forum about some one actually went to the E3 2006. He even had the honor of playing the PS3 and he ended up being very dissapointed. Alot of the things that sony promised for the PS3 was not really true. I even saw charts that compared the xbox 360 and PS3. The xbox 360 is alot better. I own a xbox 360 and the visuals are fantanstic!

I think that everyone responding to this question is forgetting about the Nintendo WII. The PS3 is going to of course be better than the Xbox 360 mainly because of better backwards compatability, motion sensitive controlling, more HD support, PSP compatablity, etc. However at a price of $499 for the core system and $599 for the higher model a under $250 Nintendo WII with a far better control scheme than has ever been seen, and game makers flocking to it because of lower development costs, including the Madden franchise which I believe will make everyone move to nintendo for the motion sensitive in the game experience of the Madden 2007 that will come only with the WII version. Just food for thought. Don't rule nintendo out, as they say Playing = Believing.

Okay, well, I had both of the previous systems and they were both amazing. I'm really a sony fan but lately they've been a dissapointment. XBox 360 on the other hand has nothing I like, all hype no intrest. I guess I would say to just go with the Wii, it isn't the best of all systems but it has good graphics, good connection, and all around amazing games!

I think the die hard fans of the PlayStation are gonna stick with the PlayStation 3 as goes the same with x-box fans. The truth is Microsoft knows how to make a great product with all the bells and whistles you would expect. Sony knows how to sell a great product with all the bells and whistles. I am a playstation fan myself but i think Microsoft makes a better product. Sony just knows how to sell a product that is exceptional in its performance but not the best in its class.

You have to be out of your mind to think that the 360 is better than the PS3. First of all no one has played the PS3 yet so no1 can really say. But one thing i can tell you is that it will have the best games available out of any game system.

since the ps3 is not yet available to consumers it is hard to say. the e3 buzz is the ps3 is overpriced but a nice system. the xbox 360 definately is a great system and lots of games. the ps3 should play the new dscs/movies etc. and the controller is nice looking. but do you really want to spend 700 on a base unit no games or extras ?

Xbox... microsoft has amazing graphics and alot more amazing games than the playstation. PS has a few games that are really good, but the xbox is definitely the way to go
