Its is legal because there is no rule against it. People should know not to pee in the water fountain.

I am pretty sure it is illegal to urinate in public places like that. At least the state where I am from, a friend of mine got a ticket.

yes in fact it is two kinds of illigal the first being indecent exposure and the second being public urination and yes the would file both of these seperately

Yes but I do not believe that the urination is the crime it is the indecent exposure.

I try to stay away from them but if im dying of thirst than i will. And its really weird when your waiting in line and you watch the person in front of you like plug their face to the faucet thing lol
