I bought a house in Bravil, and when I go to the to the fair deal, there is no option to buy furniture for it. What am I doing wrong.

go to your quest log ,make active quest your house, go to the red pointer, and ask people around it will be a marchant wich he will sell contracts for house upgrade

U have to go to the spectific grocery shop mentioned after u bought the house to buy the furniture. In the trading option, scroll down the menu and u'll find the furniture/designs set for each of the sections of the house, for example bedroom set. Hope this helps.
