Yes! Girls are just that way, the mood, feelings for the person they are with, has to be just right. I know girls that come alot when they masterbate, and not at all when with a guy. To answer your question, I've been with a girl that had an orgasm and nothing came. Some girls are just gushers.

No, if you orgasm your body releases fluids which in turn is cumming. It is the same thing so it is virtually impossible to do one with out the other.

Cumming is part of the orgasm. You may not always have it drip out though.
