I'm not quite sure what you're asking, but there is a feature on most LG phones that automatically changes with time. For example, when you look in your settings area, there are usually a few that have a few different themes. For example, there is nature, kissing, travelling, etc.

For nature they have probably 5 different pictures that will rotate according to the interval you set (1 day 1 week, and so on).

mine constantly moves. I'm not sure if that's what you mean. I have fish that swim, boats that sail a clock feature, etc. My phone is a few yrs old already too so it's a common feature.
