I severely doubt that you can recover it. The only option I can suggest is to take your phone to your service provider and ask them if they can recover it. If they cannot, then you will have to re-download it.

Once you're agreed to delete it, it's gone forever.... Sorry. You can buy it again though, check your cell phone company's website.
