Even though you wash your face you at least need to put back a little moisture. If you can afford do a facial every month for oily skin do it. But in the mean time, you can try this use one egg white, paste it thin layer all over the face and neck let it dry, this help the oily skin. Do this like Two times a week Night time. Soap are really not good to used they leave residue which causes pimples. Try a soap free cleanser.

Buy products for oily skin and stay away from lotions unless they say oily skin. Also Sea Breeze face toner will give you some instant relief- I use to carry it in my purse when I was younger.
Also stay away from cheap make-up- skip foundation and just wear powder. Loreal is a good brand that is not to pricey.

I have really oily skin too. When you find solutions let me know....but in the meantime I use St.Ives Apricot face scrub with Salicylic Acid.Vitamin E lotion works best on my skin. And about the face scrub ..use a very monitered amount because too much can make your skin too dry and peel. But also remember that with oily skin you age better (less wrinkles ,baby soft skin, etc.)

If you keep washing it to remove the oil, you may actually be causing a rebound effect. Try this: wash with a mild soap at night (Ivory or Dove). While your face is still damp, apply a good quality lotion (Lubriderm is good quality but not vastly expensive). The next morning instead of washing your face again, try rubbing it briskly with a towel.
If you use a foundation, make sure it's oil free.

Hi. My husband bought Neutrogena advanced solutions(at home micro Dermabrasion system for face(shh I also use it for other parts of the body too). He bought it at walmart. Keep the box and recipe if it doesn't work for you or if your skin reacts to it I believe 30 days.
It is about $30.00. I use it and I use it for my husband too. It enhances surface cell turnover for visibly fresher , smoother , baby soft skin.
