Because of the high pace and high demands of the society which do not allow us to sleep as much as we should or the quality sleep we need anyway. We may sleep all the way through the night, but it is not a rejuvanitive as it should be. Also, sometimes it is the environment we make our bedroom into. It should be an environment designed to help one sleep and sleep comfortably, not that many other things that we change it into (besides married couples, we know the other use then and even that incites us to sleep more peacefully afterwards). We just need to sleep better. Not more, just better.

We live in a fast paced culture always on the move. After a while caffeine is very addicting.

It is proven that caffeine is an addicting ingredient. Other than that, It's also a mind thing. I believe if you think coffee will wire you up, your mind is telling you that. At least....That's what my mind tells me.

It's because of the bad diet and lack of exercise. Trying to do everything all at once doesn't help.
