"Oh, did you have sex with me?" or "I don't know what it's like to be gay, obviously you do...maybe YOU have something to confess?" or "Prove it".

I would be very serious about it and tell him
"Study shows the 75% of men who call people gay are really trying to come out of the closet themselves. Do you need to talk to someone about it?"
Or something like that, approach it as he has the problem and be very serious and understanding of him. Like if he does in in front of a group of people- tell the other people, like wow that's a shame he is having problems dealing with his sexuality and has to take it out on other people.
As long as your pretend it doesn't bother you and it's his problem, he is going to 1 get bored or 2 get embarressed and stop.

I will assume they are talking to others about you. If so there is not much you can do about it except trust that your true friends know better. Those that aren't your true friends don't matter.
If they are saying it to you. Just shrug your shoulders and walk away. Deny them the attention they are seeking and they will quit.

As long as you know what you are or aren't, what difference does it make what anyone calls you? let it go you'll be much happier in the end.

I get this too. If it comes from a guy I usually tell them that I am not interested...or I say, "Hey whatever fullfills your fantasies!"

Especially if the person is the same sex as you, yell as loudly as you can at them, "I know you want me to be gay, but I'm not! So NO I WON"T HAVE SEX WITH YOU!! QUIT ASKING!!!"
