Actually, there are many Iranians which have come to America. This started in the late 70's after the Shah was exciled and Khomeni came into power establishing the current hardline islamic state. I believe we may see another wave of refugees as Iran persists with such initiatives as "labeling" non-muslims. As far as your question, the US does not prohibit Iranians from coming here.
