If all of the ice caps melted, which is unlikely, and if they did melt, they would take thousands of years to melt, some of California and almost all of Florida would be under water. See map in like below.

Florida will never go down under water, Even though we are surrounded by water. Florida is nowhere below sea level

I hope not, I live in Florida. Eventually I think will happen, don't know who first. California by an earthquake, and Florida by another Katrina

Both. But I feel Florida will go first because it is surrounded by water on three sides.

Most likely, if we don't do something to stop the ice from melting.

Along with many other states from the south that are close to sea level.
