We have two space probes that have gone beyond plutos orbit, voyager 1&2, as far as objects, the only objects that we have actively exlored that are from beyond plutos orbit have been comets. If you would like more information on the voyager probes, check out nasa.gov they have some neat stuff.

No objects that far away have been explored by space craft, but telescopes can see a number of objects orbiting the Sun beyond the orbit of Pluto, Sedna for example.
