Being a girl I cannot speak with authority on the pain. I did however once have to wear a dress with a zip in the side at about waist height. I once got the skin in the same area as this sip caught in it and boy did it hurt! I don't even want to imagine the same thing happening to a more delicate area. Ooww!!

yeah, nearly circumsised myself !
it's amazing how much blood came out and how tender it was !
but with a rich blood supply and densely populated with sensory nerve receptors, it's not surprising, really !
well apart from being kicked hard in the bollocks, it is the only pain a man can receive that is anywhere near to a woman giving birth !
unless you count your wallet, of course !

I know, the question started with Men...But I just had to answer. My hubby did and he was sore for quite awhile afterwards. I'm still trying to figure out how he did it. I mean, he knew it was there and he knew where the zipper was. Just how do you do that?

Have you ever seen that movie "Something about Mary" where
Ben Stiller gets his "thingy" caught in his zipper and the girls parents end up coming into, they have to call the fire department LOL..

iv'e done it many times,it's that look on your face and the sweat on your brow, do i pull the zip up a little or down to release? please god dont make this the occasion iv'e got to go to hospital to be untangled!
