The Univ of Michigan.. hands down
Phelps, Klete Keller, Peter Vanderkaay, Davis Tarwater, Eric Vendt .. some might not be in the univ. team but they would train with you

I believe it is USC and UCLA. To add to that if I am not mistaken, Stanford has a team.
Cali schools have atomic bomb teams that blow everyone out of the water.
My fastest was free and strongest was fly.

Judging by the records, the University of Texas has a phenomenal swimming program.
