The pooch will come regardless...but exercise does make me feel better.
Did you exercise before? If so, keep with your regular routine, but make sure your heart rate does not get above 140. Avoid jerking movements (if you take classes, tone down your intensity level).
I was able to do this for the first trimester.
Your doctor can give you more specific guidelines, though.

My advice would be to hold off on any exercise at least until you are past your 3rd or 4th month. Especially with the history of miscarriage. Invest in some jogging pants rather then trying to deal with your jeans. Sit back and enjoy your pregnancy.

Your pregnant! of course your gonna have a pooch! the only thing i would recommend is walking. especially if you had to miscarriages. if you really want this baby you need to not care about your body and rest alot. try not to exercise, just walk 30 minutes out of the day. trust me its better than doing nothing. i just had twins and im enormouse. cause i did nothing

It's summer, great time for those water exercises which are perfect for moms to be! The water takes away the impact that walking can cause on your feet, knees, and ankles. You'll feel so much better after working in the pool. Practically anything you do in the pool is ok!

Just try to focus on cutting out the junk food (processed carbs), drink a lot of water and walk! Walking is a great exercise. Also, get plenty of rest.

I wouldn't do to much if you already had 2 miscarriages. If I were you I would take it easy for the next 4 weeks atleast.

Exercise is OK, but with moderation. No weight lifting for sure! Contact your DR. and ask what exercises are OK for pregnant women, especially one who has had 2 miscarriages.

I have three children and kept my lifestyle/exercise routine the same throughout my pregnencies. However, I have never miscarried. So, my advice to you is to ask your doctor. There is no better person to tell you!! I wish you the best of luck with your new family.
