I have been taking part in Star Plus Yatra contest.i won ,my sister's name was announced ,but till date they have not sent the gift voucher which ought to reach me within 45 days of my name declaration.My sister's name was declared on 11 December 2005.
in the name of Mamta Shah. I wrote several letters to them,but
they do not care.My every reminder was ignored by them blatantly.
So I am willing to take some action against them.Please guide me.

Try this site. It will get you a human being rather than a machine. It's www.gethuman.com. They have a database of companies with phone numbers you can call where you will actually get a human being to help solve problems rather than being put through a series of machines. Companies are notorious for using machines to get problem customers to give up. Be persistant. It's the only way you will get anything out of them. When all else fails cancel your subscription to their service.

Well, since they called your sisters name and not yours, they have no need to discuss the matter with you. You have no course of action since the voucher is for your sister. If she (again not you) did not submit per the instructions, she forfeits.
