Everything is chemistry. Everything we do is chemistry. When you butter your toast in the morning, the butter changes from a solid to liquid state. When you start your car, gasoline is burning. As you walk in the winter, you are forcing pressure onto the snow under you, which makes the molecules in the snow speed up, which melts the snow. The water then freezes and turns to ice.
