A network dedicated to harnessing the cultural relevance of hip-hop music to educate and help at-risk youth. Also promotes youth voter registration. It use to be a tv show called hip hop summit for teens also.
It's sets up an environment for teens to speak on issues effecting them that are relevant to the hip hop world whether negative or positive.
