don't skip breakfast. eat a lot of nutritious foods during breakfast.
exercise always to make you active. drink water a lot.

Try and eat a light lunch, meaning not to heavy on the carbs and eat small meals during the day. This will give you more energy!

In the morning because if you drink coffee and you have that buzz but it goes away. Drink caffeine drink or work out to fell energize

lol I've been told that water energizes you however I don't drink a lot of water lol But I do drink smoothies and it seems to give me a little boost
