Go to your contacts list and select their name. Then push the edit key and scroll down to ringtones push ok and scroll through til you find the ringtone you want.

As long as you have every listing on phone and not sim card you can list at least 9 people with a different ring tone. Go to audio and pick a ringtone for each person you want that you have on speed dialing. Hope this helps you.

Unfortunately, you can't personalize your ringtones on all phones. Phone make and model is very important!!

What kind of phone do u have i have cingular LG and all i have to do is go to the contact and hit edit then go to where is says select ringtone.

True it depend on the phone but very probably, if you cannot do it directly as suggested in other answers, you probbly have to create "groups" and put your contact/s in each group and tehn assign a ringer for different groups (most motorolas works like this)

most models you can either just go to the contact and add a ringtone or go to your ring tones and add people to it that way.

On some phones you need to go into "ring tones" and go to the tone you want to assign, then go into options for it and assign it to an address-book entry.
