No one officially lives in Antarctica, at least not as an official "resident" or "citizen" as it belongs in a shared capacity to many countries. Many scientists, all of whom are residents of another country, visit, some for more long-term projects than others, but no one is an official resident. I don't believe there have been any births there, either, so there's no "stretching" this by saying that birth would grant the baby "resident" status.

I've heard that no one actually lives there. It's way too cold. Scientists regularly spend months there studying various things like climate and penguins, but no one lives there year-round.
