Try a medicated chap stick.... on that leaves a tingling sensation. You need to stimulate the blood vessels in your upper lip to bring back the hue...... I had that problem before.

you may consult with the doctor, if you know that this is a normal case then you may colour yhe upper one sometimes with lipstick
