I find sprays messy, they leave powdery marks on my clothes (and they make me cough)
Roll-ons are good, but a lot I have tried feel sticky until they dry. My favourite is the creamy sticks, they do the job just as well as sprays and don't get everywhere.
If it is a case of needing something more powerful, dry Mitchum Ultra dry or Arrid X sticks.
Happy summer.

Roll on is good for the summer, but spray is the best for the winter.

doesn't seem to be any proof of it...but for sure, roll-on deodorant is much more environmental-friendly than spray one. Help saving the ozone!

i think it is - and the cream roll on deodorants are definately better as they dry quickly. Plus, the spray BURNS!!!

It might be more effective, but I always find that with roll-on, it makes your armpits wet, which is uncomfortable. The spray seems to dry straight away! LOL!

Not always. Depends on the brand. Different people work better with different deodorants. That is why there are so many on the market.

i do believe that it is... not that i sweat much anyway, but when i use it in the summer it's the most effective way to keep my pits dry; spray on stuff just tends to crumble off and leave a nice smell but doesn't actually keep u dry...

depends on the brand bot i think stick deodorant wins hands down as it dries instantly and works really well
